The Pathfinders Hiking Group of Oakville
In 1992, a group of Oakville residents decided a hiking club would be a great activity for the newly-built Sir John Colborne Recreation Centre for Seniors.
The Pathfinders has now become the largest group activity within the Centre offering hikes Mondays and Thursdays. There is a level for everyone, from a short stroll along Oakville trails to a strenuous hike along the Bruce Trail, Canada’s oldest and longest footpath.
With 120+ regular participants, The Pathfinders offers a great way to get fit, stay fit and make new friends.
